About Dan Parman
For more than four decades, I have helped business owners, executives, and leadership teams build stronger organizations and achieve meaningful, lasting results.
As an entrepreneur, executive, consultant, and coach, I have owned and led companies in technology, utilities, consulting, construction, and healthcare in both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors, guiding organizations ranging from entrepreneurial startups to enterprises with thousands of employees.
I worked with leadership teams throughout the United States, Europe, the Middle East, the Far East, and Central America, helping organizations strengthen leadership, improve operations, align their teams, increase profitability, and create cultures where people and businesses thrive. Throughout my career, I have served not only as a consultant, but also as a trusted advisor, confidant, project leader, and executive coach.
